How much time is needed for delivery to complete?

Deliveries are completed within 3-4 business days. We take 2 business days to ship your order, following thorough checks and internal processing. Rest 1-2 days are taken by our delivery partners to deliver your purchased item to your doorstep in Singapore. All deliveries are free and within Singapore only.

Will cancelling a product incur any penalties?

Cancellations are only possible if the product is with us, and has not been shipped out of our facility in Singapore. The cancellation is completely free of cost. However, if the product has been dispatched from our facility and is with our delivery partner, we don’t accept any cancellation request. Raise a cancellation request within 2-business days of placing the order.

What is the process for claiming return and refunds?

We offer a 30-day window, from the date of delivery of your purchased item for placing any return and refund request with us. In this period, you can request a return by connecting with our team. If approved, we will manage everything for you. You must remember that returns are only accepted if the product is delivered in a faulty condition, if a wrong product is delivered, and if the shoe doesn’t fit you well.

What are the charges for returns and restocking?

There are no charges incurred for returns or restocking of any item. We are completely dedicated to ensuring a smooth customer experience, which is why we manage everything from our end. However, we request customers to place an order only if they’re completely sure about it, for the convenience of both parties.
